A local buyer has snapped up the Queens Head pub in the Scottish Borders town of Hawick, which comes complete with two residential flats.
The property comprises three storeys, an attic and a cellar and has a prime town centre location to capture the circuit trade.
There is seating for around 44 customers in the public bar and another 18 in the self-contained snug. The first-floor function bar will seat 30 customers, with plenty of space to circulate.
The two flats provide one or two double bedrooms.
Creevy LLH sold the freehold off a guide price of £295,000 on behalf of its client, which bought the freehold as an investment.
Before, the pub was let to to Winlease, a subsidiary of the London and Edinburgh Swallow group that fell into administration in September 2006.
