Tilda basmati riceTo mark next month's Diwali festival, beginning on 9 November and known as the Festival of Lights, Tilda is giving away two places at a masterclass in Indian cuisine with Cyrus Todiwala at Café Spice Namasté.

Nielsen research shows that basmati is favoured by consumers and now accounts for 47% of the rice sold in the UK retail market.

Tilda's basmati product portfolio includes Pure Basmati, Pure Brown Basmati, Easy Cook Basmati, Basmati & Wild and the frozen Basmati range.
