Middle Eastern hotel group Rotana hotels has signed a deal that will double its portfolio to 53 properties by 2010. The group has just agreed a deal for 11 new management agreements for properties in Jordan, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, in addition to the 17 hotels currently being built.
