Mark Fuller and Andy Taylor have launched their second Geales fish and chip restaurant after the original in Notting Hill, which first opened in 1939 and was taken over by the team in 2007. The new restaurant is located on the former site of Tom Aikens's Tom's Place in Chelsea.

The InterContinental Hotels Group has opened this 197-bedroom property in the Heythrop Park Resort alongside the existing Heythrop Park hotel. Set within 440 acres of Oxfordshire countryside it includes a championship 18-hole golf course as well as four restaurants and four bars.

The oldest Greek restaurant in London, Elysée has reopened following an 18-month refurbishment programme that has seen a complete overhaul of the site. Spread over two floors, it includes the main restaurant downstairs as well as the upstairs bar, dining room and roof garden.

Located in the heart of Leeds' financial district, this boutique hotel has reopened after an 18-month refurbishment under the new ownership of Bespoke Hotels. Named after Duke Ellington, who played the city's 1958 music festival, the art deco interiors are inspired by New Orleans.

Hotel group Macdonald Hotels has opened this 120-bedroom property in Windsor, a stone's throw from Windsor Castle in the heart of the historic town. Interiors have been developed by Amanda Rosa whose other projects have included the Aviator Hotel in Farnborough and Malmaison hotels.
