Karen, nominated by nutritionist Christine Ford, this month introduced a brain food tasting table to raise kids' awareness of which foods they should choose to "Eat right to stay bright".

Jeremy Rata is vacating his role as managing director of the Devonshire Arms Country House hotel and spa in Skipton, North Yorkshire. The head of the Devonshire Arms is to move south to oversee the redevelopment of Brighton’s only five-star hotel, the De Vere Grand.
