The British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) has begun its search for Britain's best pub, with the launch of its 27th Licensee of the Year Awards. The awards open for entries today (1 November) and all UK licensees can enter. BII membership is not required. The awards seek to reward licensees that are making the most of the resources they have.
