The winners of the Hotel Cateys were announced this evening at a glittering dinner attended by 600 industry guests at the Lancaster London hotel. Heading the celebrations was Jonathan Raggett, managing director of Red Carnation Hotels, who was announced 2009 Hotelier of the Year.
