The opening of Heston Blumenthal’s eagerly awaited London restaurant has been delayed. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, which was set to open at the five-star Mandarin Oriental hotel in Knightsbridge on 1 December, will now not open until the end of January.

Heston Blumenthal's pub the Hinds Head in Bray-on-Thames, Berkshire, has been named Pub of the Year 2011 in the Michelin Eating Out in Pubs guide. Michelin said the pub was a "proper" English pub, attracting drinkers to the bar with a proper selection of real ales."
