Friday is normally a quiet day in the office but Caterer has learnt that French chef Eric Chavot is set to leave the two-Michelin-starred restaurant at the Capital hotel in London. The surprise move sees Chavot leave the restaurant in Knightsbridge after more than a decade behind the stove.
