There's still time to enter the Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Awards and receive a prestigious graduate award title. The deadline for entries is 16 April. The award is open to chefs who are aged 23 or younger.

The organisers of the 2011 Roux Scholarship have named the six contenders for the April final. The search is on to find the National Chef of the Year 2011 and a successor to 2010 winner Hrishikesh Desai. The prestigious competition, run by the Craft Guild of Chefs, will take place at the Restaurant Show in Earls Court 2, London, on Tuesday 11 October.
