Aramark has revealed plans to remove 5.5 tonnes of saturated fat from its customers’ diets by switching to 1% milk. The contract caterer will replace its 2.27 litre semi-skimmed milk packs with 1% milk across its onshore business portfolio from 1 March in a move believed to be an industry first.
