Tapenade to cater for Royal International Air Tattoo

Food design and event management company Tapenade has won a £300,000 contract for this year's Royal International Air Tattoo. The company will provide meals for around 5,500 covers over three days at the world's largest military air show, taking place at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire from 15-17 July.
