Hertfordshire-based TV chef and restaurateur Paul Bloxham has announced the launch of his own ale to celebrate the opening of his new gastropub, the Blue Anchor in St Albans. The beer, called Rusty Anchor is brewed by local independent brewery McMullen & Sons.

Gordon Ramsay is facing a second lawsuit over unpaid wine bills at his two-Michelin-starred restaurant in New York. Last week Wineberry America filed a lawsuit against the celebrity chef and Blackstone Group, which now operates the restaurant at the London hotel in midtown Manhattan, over unpaid bills of nearly $41,000 (£28,000).
