TRI HotStats: monthly European hotel figures

Tri Hospitality Consulting London hotels boosted profitability by 23.4% in December 2009, according to the latest monthly HotStats survey of 10 European countries. London hotels enjoyed a strong recovery in trade in DecemberLondon hotels enjoyed a strong boost to profitability during December 2009 as trading recovered strongly, according to the latest HotStats survey from TRI Hospitality Consulting. The gross operating profit per available room (GOPpar) grew by 23% as cost-cutting strategies combined with a growth in revenue.
