Description

The Sputnik Vodka/ UKBG National Cocktail Competition will be held at 4 regional venues throughout  the U.K. to select a bartender to represent the U.K. at the World Cocktail Championships, organised by  The International Bartenders Association, in San Juan, Puerto Rico from 5-9 October 2008.

Heats will be held in Leeds on 27 May, Edinburgh 10 June, London 24 June and Brighton on 15 July with the Grand Final in London on 25 July.

The winner will receive £2,000 and the opportunity to go to the World Finals while second, third and fourth finalists will receive £1,000, £500 and £250 respectively.

In addition, the winners of the four regional heats will also travel to Puerto Rico as guests of Sputnik Vodka.
