Hotel & Catering Show is the only UK trade show on the South Coast dedicated to the hospitality, tourism and leisure industry and will take place at the Bournemouth International Centre 16th-17th March 2010.
Attracting buyers from major hotels, restaurants, bars and pubs, bed & breakfasts, guest houses, cost sector catering outlets, cafes, snack bars, public sector and retail operations as well as the owners and managers of hundreds of quality independent organisations who are involved in the industry.
For the fourth year running, Unilever Foodsolutions and its brand KNORR are back in Bournemouth sponsoring the ever popular feature of the Show, the Cookery Theatre.
In conjunction with Bournemouth and Poole College, the theatre provides a great setting for inspirational live demonstrations from leading chefs that, in previous years, have included; Brian Turner, Ed Baines, Giles Thompson and Lesley Waters.
Combining some of the UK’s best chefs with some of the finest local talent in a feast of fantastic cooking, visitors will be able to pick up useful tips on sourcing, preparing and cooking with produce available at the Show.
