Leading a finance team of up to 20 and overseeing a hotels portfolio with a combined turnover in excess of £65 million, your brief is to provide effective operational and commercial support to the managers,the Area GM and Head Office.

This is a truly pivotal regional position within one of THE hospitality companies, where your ability to carry out rigorous/accurate reporting procedures, maximise profitability and create initiatives to gain competitive advantage is expected and encouraged.

Our client is keen to appoint a highly competent Hospitality based Financial Controller with high volume unit or multi unit background, who is a strong organiser and planner with proven experience of managing large teams.

Furthermore, it will be your excellent negotiation and influencing skills, a naturally analytical mind and your ability to drive change where necessary which will ensure your success.
