Job Description:
Reporting into the F & B Manager you will assist and support them and will be responsible for a team of up to 20 and be challenged with ensuring that all staff are trained and developed to deliver the very best in service and standards therefore achieving key business goals which your performance will be measured against.

Who we're looking for:
You will currently be a Supervisor or Manager within a similar role looking for your next challenge or an opportunity to progress your career. You will need to be currently operating within the 4 star or above market and have the ability to drive and motivate a team to deliver key business goals. You will have a hands on approach with an eye for detail and will have a real drive and enthusiasm that will ensure you and your team deliver the very best in service and standards.
