Assistant Manager

Considered relocating? We have a number of assistant and deputy manager positions in locations such as Cardiff, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Leicester, Soho, Chester and Reading.

You will be responsible for ensuring full productivity and effectiveness of the front of house operations and managing all aspects to do with operations such as staff development, customer service and deputising to the general manager.

You'll need to be a big personality, the perfect host, on the floor, shoulder to shoulder with your team. We'll be with you every step of the way - supporting when you need it, stepping back when you're on a roll. It's your restaurant so work it, drive it, love it - feel the buzz and embrace the energy.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality or catering qualifications with a strong background in branded restaurants. Career progression and stability are essential, demonstrating commitment and a successful track record in similar roles.

The basic salaries vary from ??18,000 - ??25,000 per annum, depending on the location and previous experience of successful applicant.
