You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment
Work closely with the head chef to drive the business forward
Work closely with your team to maintain and improve standards
Be able to motivate and lead your team in the heads absence
Take the brassiere to the next level


Person

Highly motivated
Work well and respond to pressure
Be in a similar role at the moment
Have a solid background in 2/3 rosette exp working in brassiere or gastro's
