Chef de Partie required for this popular Town Centre Boutique Hotel and Brasserie that has just won Silver award for the region in a national competition for its food and service.

The menus are normally 6/6/6 + Specials which are changed daily according to what's in season or what local suppliers bring to your backdoor, The Head Chefs style is Modern European with Clean Flavours on each plate.

As Chef de Partie you would be expected to have menu input and get fully behind the popular and unpretentious menus serving a regular 40 covers with upto 60 covers at the weekends

As Chef de Partie you should be capable of running any or most sections, previous experience with wood burning ovens would be an advantage but are not essential.

This positions also pays 'tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of ??2000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.
