Chef de Partie, 15,000 - 16,000. A Chef de Partie is required for this recently opened Restaurant in Southport. As Chef de Partie you will work on all sections ensuring the highest standards are set in place. Working in a team of 6 chefs the ideal candidate will need experience in a similar position with a knowledge of fresh quality local produce.



A competent Chef de Partie is required to work in a brigade of 6/7 skilled chefs, producing high quality dishes using various cooking styles and techniques. As Chef de Partie you will be able to work through various sections in the kitchen with the ability to learn how to prepare foods to a high standard. Good cooking and knife skills, the ability to work within a team and good communication skills are essential.



The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, good people management skills, hard working and will have good communication skills. Quality experience is needed and experience in a similar position is essential. Catering qualifications are prefered. A proven track record, strong development, career driven with fresh ideas will express drive, success and passion for the position.
