Chef de Partie - £16,000 + Live in – Suffolk Hotel – 2 rosettes
As Chef de Partie you will be required to assist a very talented brigade in this 2 rosette restaurant. We are looking for a great Chef de Partie who can work under pressure and maintain a level head. As Chef de Partie you will be required to assist the Senior Chefs in ensuring that the quality of food is kept to the highest, as well as the Health, Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to.
The Head chef would like a Chef de Partie who is passionate about food as he welcomes ideas for menu development.
Further progression is very possible and training & development will be provided.
