General Manager

A London based, branded restaurant requires a general manager for immediate start. Being part of a national chain of restaurant, the ideal candidate must have experience adhering to corporate standards as well as having individual flair and ambition.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including front and back of house operations. You must have excellent team management skills and the ability to drive sales to maximise the profitability of your restaurant.

You'll need to be a big personality, the perfect host, on the floor, shoulder to shoulder with your team. We'll be with you every step of the way - supporting when you need it, stepping back when you're on a roll. It's your restaurant so work it, drive it, love it - feel the buzz and embrace the energy.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality or catering qualifications with a strong background in branded restaurants. Career progression and stability are essential, demonstrating commitment and a successful track record in similar roles.

The basic salary is negotiable, depending on previous experience.
