"The Best General Managers”:- need to have a depth of personality that inspires the people around them, a charm and sense of humor that the customers enjoy time and time again and a work ethic that delivers results for the staff, the company and the customer. Managing controls in finance and operations is essential in a business that turns over £30-£60k per week depending on the seasons. Recruiting talented staff and developing their true potential is a big job and not as easy as some think.
