Our client is looking for a Experienced and Passionate Kitchen Manager is sought to lead, train and manage a professional brigade of chefs based in Newbury, Berkshire. The establishment has an outstanding reputation and needs a confident and committed individual to continue with these efforts.
As Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef you would be expected to have a strong management background focusing on development, but most of all an unquestionable drive and ambition with the enthusiasm to learn and develop.

Experience Required:-
*1 or more years experience as a Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef
*A proven track record and strong development skills.
*Demonstrate an established role and good leadership skills.
*Career minded and strong willed.
* An Italian Background would be advantageous
