The Exceptional Role - Head Chef

Serving a modern menu using fresh, local and seasonal produce
As Head Chef you will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen and team
You will have a very good working knowledge of Health, Safety and Hygiene
Drive standards required by the company and the customer
Adopt a calm style, be bright and enjoy a good sense of humour
Input on specials
The Exceptional Person

You will have good people and financial management experience with the drive to make the business a success
A strong stable background with some Gastro experience preferred
This is a great opportunity for a strong Sous Chef or established Head Chef
This group are currently expanding and are also looking for Head Chefs in waiting
High volume experience is also preferred
