Head Chef

Our Client one of the first venues to emerge from the revolution that transformed Shoreditch.
They are currently looking to recruit a New Head Chef to head up the production of both restaurant and bar food.
Candidates will have worked in gastronomic kitchens at every level to head chef and be able to bring the leadership qualities necessary to run a good brigade. Good at working under pressure, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a team and will have a real flair for food.
The menu is international, with an emphasis on carefully sourced fresh ingredients; breads and pastas are made from fresh daily. Well schooled in modern techniques, the chef will be able to make full us of the superbly equipped kitchen. Creativity and passion are necessary in equal amounts and the new chef will have plenty of opportunity to put his/her stamp on the menu.
