Head chef required with previous experience in good quality branded restaurants such as Zizzis, ASK, Chiquito, Garfunkels or similar. The London based restaurant is a contemporary Italian restaurant serving good quality, simple, freshly prepared dishes.
The successful candidate will be required to have a minimum of NVQ level 2 in catering / food preparation and a background in well branded restaurants as stated above. Career progression and stability are essential, demonstrating commitment and a successful track record in similar roles.
As the head chef, your duties will include taking overall responsibility for the kitchen and brigade of chefs, food ordering, health and safety, food safety, COSHH and most importantly ensuring that the food is produced to the highest of standards and at the speed required in this busy restaurant.
The basic salary is ??24,000 - ??27,000 per annum, depending on previous experience.
