Are you currently an experienced Sous Chef looking to progress to the next level?

This is a superb opportunity for the right candidate to get involved with a truly quality operation located right in the heart of Norwich. My client wants to give someone the chance to demonstrate that they can lead from the front. The restaurant has a modern style that is complemented by a bistro menu created from the freshest, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. With your skills in the kitchen it will retain not only a discerning clientele but also an exciting and buzzy atmosphere.

The role specifically requires:

 An individual who will galvanise and motivate their brigade, but who is also a team player with a relaxed personality.
 Someone who is obviously passionate about creating a first class product, with the necessary skills to ensure consistent high quality.
 An excellent communicator at all levels of the organisation.
 Knowledge of cost controls / financial management.
