The Role
They are now looking to recruit a great Head Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen in their restaurants across London. A suitable candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, staff training, ordering, ensuring laws and company procedures are followed. Along with the General Manager they will be responsible for the operational profit and quality of the kitchen. They will be a key member of the team and as such should be reliable and able to think on their feet and work under pressure.
The Person
If you are a passionate Head Chef with the desire to progress your career in a fast paced but quality environment then this could be for you. You need to have experience working with fresh food, leading a team and carrying out the various administrative areas of a kitchen and experience of working in a branded environment.
