This beautiful golf and country clubs situated near woking is now seeking an experienced hands on chef to assist the senior management team in the continued development of the kitchen and food offerings to its members.

working as part of a small team, we are looking for a chef with knowledge of seasonal menus together with the ability to control the kitchen from a health and safety and food hygiene perspective.

working straight shifts, 5 over 7 to include weekends and occasional evenings, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Sous chef looking for that 1st head position.

Being part of a group owned operation, use of nominated suppliers will be required for the core menu, however the use of the chefs boards is encouraged for seasonal changing dishes
