HEAD CHEF/KITCHEN MANAGERS-NATIONWIDE-BRANDED RESTAURANTS

We are actively looking to recruit experienced Kitchen Manager's / Head Chef's Nationwide for one of the largest independent restaurant companies in the UK , If you can manage a team in producing a quality, high volume branded menu then read on....You must have experience in managing stocks, ordering, Due Diligence, team member training and development.

Your main responsibilities will involve:
Proactively leading as a skilled Kitchen Manager or Head Chef
Delivering food at a consistently high standard
Building a strong team spirit
Ensuring kitchen standards are first-class
Managing food stock controls to targets
Your skills should include:
Ideally a proven track record as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef
A High Volume/Branded background
A natural passion for producing excellent food to specification
A great communicator and leader
A results-focused approach
The ability to implement innovative plans for improvement
The desire to make each customer's experience outstanding

What we will be looking for in you:
We want a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef who has a real desire to produce meals of the highest quality and successfully leading a dedicated team. What's more, you must be able to motivate those around you, infuse them with your enthusiasm and enable them to achieve high quality results.
