My client needs someone with excellent customer service skills to front their reception department. You will be working in a small but extremely elegant property situated in Constable Country. The accommodation is comprised of individually designed rooms that successfully combine the traditional with the modern. There is also an extremely well received restaurant that delivers gorgeous fine dining cuisine, and many of the hotel’s customers come to enjoy the food and stay the night.

This role therefore has these requirements:

 You must have an easy-going, positive personality and approach the role with a desire to create a friendly atmosphere that will always put your customers at ease.
 You will be working with a small team, and you should have the ability to motivate, train and develop it. You should also be able to successfully manage rotas and work schedules.
 You will have good computer skills, and preferably experience with fidelio systems. An understanding yield management is also important for this role.
 Performing a key role in a small organisation you should relish a hands-on approach that ensures constant contact with all departments.
