Junior Sous Chef required for this excellent independent Restaurant. Working in a small kitchen brigade, the ideal candidate will have experience in Rosette standard establishments using only the freshest produce. Applications are welcome from strong Chef de Parties looking to progress.

JOB DESCRIPTION An experienced Chef de Partie looking to become Junior Sous Chef is needed to become part of a small, excellent team and must be eager to learn form a very professional Head Chef. You will assist assist in the production of high quality dishes using various cooking styles and techniques, and work with fresh local produce . You will be able to work through various sections in the kitchen & assist in the Head Chef's absence. Good cooking and knife skills, the ability to work within a team and good communication skills are essential

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Catering qualifications and/or previous experience within a similar establishment is preferred but not essential. A commitment and passion for food is certainly required.
