JOB DESCRIPTION
A competent Kitchen Manager / Head Chef is sought to lead, train and manage a professional brigade of 8/9 chefs. Being part of a chain and working as an integral part of a branded cafe / restaurant the Kitchen Manager will liaise with the restaurant manager to provide meals within company specifications to the required company margins.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Applications are welcome from experienced Head Chef / Kitchen Managers with experience in a similar environment and strong Sous Chefs who can demonstrate an established role and good leadership skills. Catering qualifications and/or training within the industry are required. A proven track record and strong development through your career will express drive, success and passion for the position.
