A competent Kitchen Manager / Head Chef is sought to lead, train and manage a professional brigade chefs. Being part of a chain and working as an integral part of a branded restaurant the Kitchen Manager will liaise with the restaurant manager to provide meals within company specifications to the required company margins.

YOU WILL NEED EXPERIENCE WITHIN
*Branded operations.
*2 or more years experience as a Kitchen Manager.
*A proven track record and strong development skills.
*Demonstrate an established role and good leadership skills.
*Career minded and strong willed.
