The Role
This is a key role within a very important unit for the company. You will be working closely with the general manger to maintain and improve the food quality within the restaurant.
You duties will be to oversee everything from a back of house point of view. You will also be expected to learn other parts of the business through on going training to enable you to oversee the whole restaurant when required.

The Person
We are looking for somebody with a solid kitchen background; you must have experience of budgets, targets, staff management, current health and safety legislation, and be able to use simple computer packages.
You will be able to motivate your team, train new team members and create a productive working environment. We also insist that you put passion and pride into the food you produce in your kitchen.
