As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operational running of the Kitchen, ensuring an excellent level of food quality is being delivered at all times and the development & motivation of a well trained, customer orientated team.
To maintain our high standards you will have a hands-on management background within a Restaurant environment, strong knowledge of French cuisine, stock & labour management, but most of all, an unquestionable drive and passion to see your business succeed!
The basic salaries vary from ??18,000 - ??25,000 per annum, depending on the location and previous experience of successful applicant.
