JOB DESCRIPTION
Maximise Sales and Memberships through Pro-active selling and maintenance of customer service levels within the Leisure/Golf club and Spa.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
§ Pro-actively generate Membership sales in line with objectives.
§ To ensure that all administration, filing, correspondence is cleared on a daily basis.
§ Actively research and take positive action for sales leads from existing and new clients.
§ Maximise revenue opportunities through questioning techniques and promoting leisure facilities.
§ Maximise incremental revenue opportunities through questioning techniques and promoting hotel facilities.
§ Research denied and lost business for potential sales leads
§ Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating genuine care and concern, making your Manager aware.
§ Full and up-to-date knowledge of hotel products and services is maintained
§ To actively promote the Leisure Club facilities by entertaining clients and agents as necessary
§ To assist in hosting FAM trips, promotions and any other corporate event as requested.
§ To devise an annual calendar of leisure events, promote them internally in the hotel and through targeted mailings.
§ Team player supporting other members of the event team and tasks as requested by the line Manager.
§ To attend communication meeting where requested
§ To adhere to the QHotels credit policy.
§ At attend training sessions where requested.
§ Ensure all legal and statutory regulations and responsibilities are met in order to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and our customers.
§ Team player supporting other members of the event team and tasks as requested by the line Manager.
