Night Porter

Working nights means taking on special responsibility for service and security, as well as being friendly and welcoming. As Night Porter you'll need to be able to lift heavy items, be versatile enough to deal with cleaning, cash handling, Room Service delivery or anything else that comes your way.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good general education

• Previous hotel experience

• Good telephone manner

• Cash Handling experience

• Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision

• Excellent communication skills, with ability to plan and motivate others

• Strong commitment to the highest standards of customer service

• Standards awareness

• Enthusiastic personality

DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

Applicants must hold demonstrable experience within a similar role. Including teamwork experience and have excellent customer service skills.
