Pastry Chef, ??21,000. An experienced Pastry Chef is needed for this AWARD WINNING Hotel located in Cumbria. As Pastry Chef your role will involve full running of the pastry section from training of staff to menu design. Working closely with the Executive Chef you will need experience in a similar position plus a Rosette background would benefit but is not essential.

Pastry Chef required with Rosette background is required to work in this independent Country Hotel producing the finest dishes and menus, using the very best quality ingredients. You will be in charge of the Pastry department so your role will include menu design plus staff training. To work through various sections in the pastry kitchen with the ability to prepare and serve dishes to a high standard. Various shift patterns, 5 out of 7 days.

Catering qualifications or training within the industry are required and previous experience within a similar establishment is essential. A proven track record and strong development through your career will express drive, success and passion for the position.
