Restaurant Manager

We are recruiting for a very prestigious hotel for an experienced Restaurant Manager based in Hampshire for a brand new property working within the hotel there are additional features including, top notch bars and restaurants, a state-of-the-art health and fitness club with over 70 pieces of top notch gym equipment including a full length pool, squash courts, spa, sauna and fitness studios, the facilities will also include the onsite cafe and beauty room which offers a variety of treatments for both men and women ranging from facials, manicures and pedicures to relaxing aromatherapy massages and detoxifying algae wraps. Our client prides its self on offering pristine facilities to its guests and members.

You will be managing a team, making sure departmental budgets run in line with the hotel budget, you will be responsible for the recruitment, training and induction of any new staff members, you will also motivate and mentor each individual, co-ordinate staff ensuring they complete there daily duties, setting staff objectives, have in-depth knowledge of all menus, advising customers on wine selection, ensuring department hits revenue budget, dealing with customer complaints, to co-ordinate food and beverage in line with special events, present a positive image to all guests and other duties to be confirmed.

The successful candidate for this role must have worked as a Restaurant Manager within a hotel and be used delivering high results.
