A unique opportunity for a service professional to combine their passion for hospitality in some of Europe's most breathtaking locations As Restaurant Supervisor you will have a proven track record within a luxury country house hotel, preferably at a minimum rosette level . The Restaurant Supervisor will report directly to the General Manager . Leading a service team of five the Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for training, team building and staff motivation. A confidant and articulate host, the Restaurant Supervisor will
create a home from home atmosphere to a discerning client base . Due to its remote and secluded location the property enjoys a strong celebrity client base and the Restaurant Supervisor will operate in a discreet and diplomatic manner. Whilst the position may attract a sporty, country lover the location may be best suited to a driver with their own vehicle.

This positions also pays 'tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of ??1500 but could be a lot higher with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
Premier Cru will never mislead candidates with false salary promises and will clearly state minimum salaries that you could expect for the positions advertised. Most positions will also offer tips / tronc / service charge which can add between ??1,500 - ??4,500 to a basic salary. Most positions offer various perks from , uniforms, Training (either in house or external training leading to qualifications) meals on duty. Live in is also offered with most positions which may be free or subsidised, located either onsite or nearby; Live in can also be valued at between ??4000 and ??6000. Bonuses will depend upon position and property and can vary from ??2000 - ??10000!
