This is a key position within the hotel as a pro-active sales function to drive all revenue initiatives across the business. You will be expected to deliver planned revenue and profitability targets within the hotel through the effective application of systems, processes and best practice.
You will cover all operating departments including Accommodation, Conference and Events, and Food and Beverage revenues, and will have responsibilities for Room Sales and Conference and Events sales teams. You will maintain and develop strong relationships with the hotels' key accounts, as well as supporting the Departmental Managers in implementing a range of sales incentives and measuring their effectiveness.
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of yield and revenue processes within the hospitality industry, successful sales skills and have some experience in a supervisory role. You will be competent in MS Excel, and be a strong communicator and influencer with good presentation and coaching skills. About the hotel
