Senior Chef de Partie, 17,000. A competent Senior Chef de Partie is needed for this excellent Global organisation. Working in a team of 20 chefs you will assist with the day to day running of the kitchen producing high standard produce for the Restaurant, Conference and banquet facilities plus corporate events. Experience in a similar position is required but applications from strong Chef de Parties are welcome.

JOB DESCRIPTION A competent Senior Chef de Partie is needed to maintain the high standards of operation. Working in a dynamic and professional team, you will help develop a strong kitchen brigade, assist in the organisation and presentation of the foods and to supervise, manage and control in the Head Chefs and Sous Chefs absence. As Senior Chef de Partie you will work through various sections in the kitchen with the ability to manage, organise, train and direct how to prepare foods to a high standard. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Catering qualifications and previous experience within a similar establishment are required. A commitment and passion for food is certainly needed plus experience in as a Senior Chef de Partie would benefit but applications are welcome from Chef de Parties.
