The successful Sous cehf will be at either Junior or sous level already with a work history of cooking with all fresh food, be comfortable working as part of a small team and be looking for that next step in their career with the opportunity to be part of a start up operation.

This property has always had a reputation for fine dining utilising the freshest ingredients from the local area and is now looking to further develop on this to become one of the premier dining venues in North Hampshire
