Sous Chef required to join the team at this Stylish fine dining Restaurant in Cambridgeshire which has just received various awards for its ethical approach to sourcing ingredients and has also been confirmed at 3 Rosettes.

The Head Chef is keen to recruit a passionate Sous Chef to ensure that the kitchen produces consistent 3 Rosette Cuisine as they are working towards a Michelin Star and he has recently been nominated as a rising star.

The Restaurant is fast gaining an excellent reputation and they are hoping that by recruiting a strong Sous Chef they will happily go to the next level. The owner is also aware that to produce the high standards required the hours are fairly long and so he is actively looking to recruit a Chef de partie as well to reduce the working hours of the team.

As Sous Chef you would be expected to:

*Deputise for the Head Chef
*Assist with menu Input, trialling new dishes, tasting sessions etc
*Help train and Motivate the Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs.
*Place Orders and meet with suppliers

This positions also pays 'tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of ??3000 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
