Based on the outskirts of woking, this truly stunning limited covers operation is now seeking an experienced, passionate Sous chef with an in depth understanding of working with all fresh food to rosette standard.

This operation offer two very different menus with a lighter option and snacks in a brasserie format for lunch and a more comprehensive fine dining option for the evening service, but require a Sous chef with the ability to apply the same high level of service to both.

This position would be ideal for a passionate sous chef looking for a fresh challenge in an environment, where you will have plenty of input into the menu, staff development and managing of the kitchen, together with the opportunity to deal with some of the best raw ingredients available.
