Store Manager - National juice chain

My client is a leading national juice & smoothie chain with retail concessions throughout the UK & now has a vacancy for a Store Manager for one of their Concession in Crawley

As store manager you will be responsible for the day to day management and running the outlet including management & training of staff, stock control, P&L, sales targets etc.

It is a 7 day week operation with opening hours of 9.00 - 5.30 so you will have the added benefit of same time finish each day you work.

Applicants wishing to apply should have previous retail management experience preferably within the catering sector and consideration will also be given to Assistant Managers looking to progress to the next level.

You should be able to lead by example, have a strong sense of business acumen, be target driven and have a good understanding of Profit & Loss.
